Role Overview

As a Customer Service Virtual Assistant at MedGather located in Nakuru, Kenya, you will play a vital role in supporting executive functions and enhancing customer interactions through various administrative and communication tasks.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organize meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and effectively manage the executive’s calendar.
  • Serve as the primary contact by managing communications including emails and phone calls.
  • Prepare necessary documents, reports, presentations, conduct research, and maintain updated contact lists.
  • Plan and book travel itineraries encompassing flights, accommodation, and related logistics.
  • Support the preparation and coordination of both internal and external events.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve service-related concerns, and collect feedback to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee distribution lists and develop email marketing campaigns to engage the audience.
  • Possibility to support social media activities, content creation, and additional tasks as required.
