Customer Service Team Member - Cleaning and Maintenance

Overview

Welcome Break is hiring multiple Customer Service Team Members for their Cleaning and Maintenance Department located at Sarn Park Services, Wales. These roles are both permanent and temporary with flexible full-time or part-time hours and immediate starts available. The team members are vital in maintaining cleanliness and operating basic maintenance tasks across the site to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for customers.

Role Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and assist customers efficiently, providing excellent service.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the site including toilets, showers, restaurant and patio areas.
• Perform litter picking and empty outdoor bins to uphold site tidiness.
• Conduct basic maintenance such as minor repairs, painting, pressure washing, and kerb cleaning.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety protocols, completing routine checks and escalating issues as needed.
• Collaborate within a supportive team environment, adapt to dynamic work conditions, and learn new skills with provided training.
