Job description
Overview
The National Land Agency's Business Services Division is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Standards Specialist at Level 6. This role involves assessing and auditing the quality and delivery of services provided by Customer Service, Call Centre Service, and Mapping Officers. The main focus is ensuring information about products and services is delivered promptly and meets quality benchmarks.
Core Responsibilities
Evaluate and audit service delivery standards and quality within customer service teams and call centers.
Monitor performance and effectiveness of officers providing product and service information.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Certification in Supervisory Management.
- At least three years of supervisory experience in customer service or sales environments, with preference for experience in e-commerce or call center settings.
- Proficiency in data analysis, especially in generating and interpreting performance metrics.
Compensation
The annual salary ranges from $3,501,526 to $4,709,163.
