If you have prior experience in banking, insurance, accounting, retail finance, government, or any customer-facing role where precision and ethical conduct were paramount, we encourage you to apply. You will be assisting Australians with financial and government-related inquiries via a high-volume inbound queue, operating within defined scripts and compliance frameworks. The calls will range from simple to sensitive, with the consistent expectation of delivering accurate, empathetic, and professional service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling a high volume of inbound calls concerning financial and government matters.
- Strictly adhering to provided scripts and compliance guidelines.
- Utilizing financial literacy to provide clear and accurate guidance to customers.
- Maintaining a professional demeanor across diverse conversation types.
The Details
- Compensation includes $26.70 per hour plus superannuation and incentives, with potential for pay increases as you broaden your expertise across different business areas.
- This is a 100% permanent Work From Home position.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, with 7.6-hour shifts and rotating start times between 7 am and 12 pm AEST.
- Company-provided equipment will be available for collection in Perth CBD.
- Multiple start dates are scheduled for June and July 2026; early application is advised as security clearance processing can take up to a month.
What You Bring
- Previous professional experience in a role requiring accuracy, compliance, or handling financial concepts.
- Comfort and proficiency in working within structured, process-driven environments.
- A solid understanding of financial principles; comfort with numerical data is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, emotional regulation, and meticulous attention to detail.
- A reliable home internet connection with minimum speeds of 50Mbps download and 20Mbps upload, along with a dedicated, private workspace.
Requirements
