Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact point for customers, prospects, and internal departments.
• Coordinate the preparation of offers collaboratively with sales and specialized teams, managing the entire process from quotation to order confirmation.
• Review and manage tender documents, maintain customer, material, and contract information in SAP and CRM systems.
• Ensure efficient digital document and data management, and generate reports, statistics, and presentations.
• Support events, audits, business trips, and contribute actively to process improvements within customer management.

Candidate Profile

• Completed commercial or technical training or academic studies (e.g., Business Administration).
• Relevant professional experience in sales back office, customer management, or order processing, ideally within a technical sector.
• Proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable in CRM systems; SAP familiarity is a plus.
• Strong customer orientation combined with communication skills and confident demeanor.
• Methodical, independent, and proactive work style.
• Team-oriented with a solution-focused mindset and enthusiasm for cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and spoken German skills and good English language abilities.
