Job description

Role Overview

DocFlow is hiring a Hindi-speaking Customer Service & Sales Support Representative for its Dubai office. This role suits someone who can communicate confidently in Hindi and English, manage customer calls, and clearly guide users through DocFlow’s e-invoicing platform. The position combines customer support, onboarding assistance, sales coordination, and follow-up work.

Customer Support Duties

  • Take incoming and outgoing customer calls in both Hindi and English.
  • Answer questions from customers by phone, email, chat, and support ticket channels.
  • Assist with onboarding, account creation, login problems, invoice flow, and general product use.
  • Keep a professional and helpful tone to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Support Hindi-language FAQs, onboarding messages, and customer-facing content when needed.

Sales Support Duties

  • Handle product and service inquiries from prospects and customers.
  • Explain DocFlow’s services, pricing, onboarding steps, and product features in simple terms.
  • Make outbound calls and follow up with leads, prospects, and customers as required.
  • Gather customer requirements, business details, invoice volumes, and related needs.

Coordination and Issue Resolution

  • Log customer issues, feedback, sales queries, and support interactions in the CRM or company system.
  • Pass technical or product-related matters to the relevant internal team.
  • Keep following up with customers until their concern or request is fully resolved.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have strong Hindi communication skills and good spoken and written English. Urdu is considered an advantage. Prior exposure to customer service, call centers, helpdesk work, telesales, sales support, or similar customer-facing roles is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable making and receiving calls, using CRM or ticketing tools, and working with web-based platforms. A willingness to learn about DocFlow, e-invoicing, fintech, VAT basics, and digital finance processes is important. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a clear way of explaining information are needed. Experience in SaaS, fintech, accounting software, ERP, telecom, banking, insurance, or compliance-focused services is a plus.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Employment type: Full-time, onsite. This is a customer service and sales support role with a mix of inbound and outbound communication responsibilities.

Work Background
