About the role
In this Customer Service Representative position, your main focus will be creating positive guest experiences while keeping the store clean, well stocked, and inviting. The role is fast paced and requires strong time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Availability requirements
This role requires availability for evening shifts, specifically between 3:00 pm and midnight.
What you’ll be doing
- Deliver friendly, high-quality customer service to every guest.
- Keep the store tidy, stocked, and welcoming throughout the shift.
- Work in a busy environment while managing several tasks at once.
- Promote products and special offers when appropriate.
- Support smooth operations while working independently or as part of a team.
What you’ll need
- A strong focus on excellent customer service.
- Comfort working both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to spend long periods on your feet.
- Willingness to do moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
- Flexibility to work late nights, early mornings, and weekends.
- Openness to learning about the product range and special promotions.
