We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Customer Service Representative to support customers remotely and contribute to a growing team. This position is the main contact point for customers, where you will deliver professional assistance, handle questions, and help maintain a strong customer experience across phone, email, and live chat.

Customer Support and Communication
- Answer customer questions through phone, email, and live chat in a prompt and professional way.

Issue Handling
- Spot customer concerns and work toward quick and effective resolutions.
- Forward complicated or unresolved issues to the right team when needed.
- Keep clear and complete records of interactions and outcomes.
- Follow up with customers to confirm their issue has been resolved and they are satisfied.
Customer Experience
- Create strong customer relationships through courteous and professional communication.

Administrative and System Support

Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar position.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and de-escalation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Professional, dependable, and customer-first mindset.
- Well-developed organizational skills and close attention to detail.
- Comfort working independently in a remote setup.
- Prior exposure to CRM systems and support software is preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or comparable tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education is an advantage.
