About the Role

Tabby is inviting candidates to an open recruitment day for a Customer Service Representative position within the Customer Support Ops department. This is a full-time, office-based role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and it is designed for candidates who are motivated, professional, and eager to grow in a fast-moving financial technology environment.

Tabby is a GCC-based fintech company that helps people shop and pay more flexibly, including through Buy Now, Pay Later options. The company works with major brands and serves millions of customers across the region.

Please note that Tabby is a financial services company and some of its products involve interest charges.

This is not a typical call center environment. The company is looking for people who take ownership of quality work and want the support, tools, and rewards needed to develop their careers.

Compensation

The monthly pay range for this role is SAR 6,000 to SAR 7,500.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers over phone, chat, and email in both Arabic and English.
  • Respond to questions, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Work according to established procedures and make use of internal tools to handle queries efficiently and accurately.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong written and spoken communication in Arabic and English, with English at B2 level or above.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts on a 24/7 schedule.
  • Ability to work from the office.
  • A helpful attitude, composure under pressure, fast learning ability, and a serious approach to work.
