Position Overview

At the Miami, Florida component repair facility, we are seeking a driven and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team under the supervision of the Customer Service Supervisor. The primary focus will be to manage customer support activities including addressing inquiries, updating customers with status reports, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure efficient order closures. The role demands exceptional communication, analytical acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track all exchange agreements and associated materials through effective collaboration with various departments.
  • Accurately enter and validate data related to processes, part numbers, traceability, condition, and delivery for each component.
  • Verify compliance for component exchange agreements prior to completing transactions.
  • Maintain timely communication and provide regular status updates on daily transactions to customers.
  • Monitor and follow up on customer status reports.
  • Provide day-to-day internal customer support as required.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or a technical school degree.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills with a process-driven and organized approach.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments independently.
  • Willingness and ability to work onsite in Miami.

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree in a related discipline.
  • Prior experience within the aviation industry.
  • Familiarity with Quantum and Salesforce platforms.
