Role overview

Tesla’s Collision Repair Program is seeking a Collision Customer Service Representative to support the Internal Collision Center within its Authorized Collision Program. This role focuses on keeping repair operations organized, communicating clearly with customers, and helping ensure a smooth vehicle handoff experience.

Key duties

  • Keep the work schedule organized and up to date.
  • Prepare vehicles for arrival and intake.
  • Stay in contact with customers and set clear expectations throughout the repair process.
  • Arrange rental vehicles and manage the handoff process.
  • Provide regular updates on vehicle status.
  • Track and reorder materials and supplies as needed.
  • Support repair review and vehicle delivery activities.

What the role requires

  • A strong customer-first mindset when working with clients and team members.
  • Willingness to help train others.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and stay productive independently.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office is preferred.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Accounts receivable experience is considered an advantage.

Compensation details

Expected pay is $17.48 to $31.92 per hour, plus cash and stock awards and benefits. Actual pay may differ based on market location, role-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other position-specific factors.
