Role overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to deliver responsive, high-quality support to customers. This position is intended for candidates living in the United Kingdom, with Manchester or London preferred, and requires a clear British English accent.

The role focuses on answering customer questions, resolving issues efficiently, and creating a positive experience across every support channel.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer questions by phone, email, chat, and other support channels promptly and professionally.
  • Share clear and accurate details about products, services, billing, and account matters.
  • Investigate customer problems and fix them where possible, or pass more complex cases to the right team.
  • Keep customer interaction details up to date in CRM or ticketing software.
  • Carry out requests such as order processing, refund handling, and account changes.
  • Check back with customers to confirm their issues have been fully resolved and they are satisfied.
  • Work toward service goals such as response speed, resolution speed, and CSAT performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams when cases require additional support.
  • Maintain a courteous, empathetic, and customer-focused manner in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United Kingdom, ideally in Manchester or London.
  • Needs a clear British English accent, at native or near-native level.
  • Customer service experience or similar experience is an advantage.
  • Strong spoken and written communication abilities.
