Responsibilities
- Handle customer questions by phone, email, chat, and other support channels promptly and professionally.

- Keep customer interaction details up to date in CRM or ticketing software.
- Carry out requests such as order processing, refund handling, and account changes.
- Check back with customers to confirm their issues have been fully resolved and they are satisfied.
- Work toward service goals such as response speed, resolution speed, and CSAT performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams when cases require additional support.
- Maintain a courteous, empathetic, and customer-focused manner in all interactions.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United Kingdom, ideally in Manchester or London.
- Needs a clear British English accent, at native or near-native level.
- Customer service experience or similar experience is an advantage.
- Strong spoken and written communication abilities.
- Good troubleshooting skills and careful attention to detail.
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
