Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative who is passionate about automotive parts and committed to providing exceptional service. The successful candidate will assist customers both in-person and via phone, helping them select the appropriate vehicle parts to complete their tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting trade customers at the counter and through telephone communication
• Guiding customers to identify and select suitable vehicle parts and solutions
• Accurately picking, packing, and processing customer orders
• Recognizing opportunities to upsell or suggest complementary products
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with a loyal customer base

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, with added value for automotive or trade industry background
• Proficiency in computer usage; basic Excel skills preferred
• A strong interest in cars and automotive parts
• Effective communication skills paired with a positive and proactive attitude
• Capability to maintain accuracy in fast-paced settings
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and contribute

Working Conditions and Benefits

This full-time position requires availability Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, including alternate Saturday mornings.
