Overview
Join a rapidly growing SaaS company in London as their first dedicated Customer Success Specialist in the UK. This role centers on fostering strong customer relationships, ensuring that clients realize ongoing value from the software platform through proactive engagement and support. This position does not involve technical support but instead focuses on managing customers through their lifecycle from onboarding to renewal to promote adoption and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a personal portfolio of B2B customers and manage their overall success.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and deliver customer training to facilitate smooth adoption.
- Establish and nurture trusted relationships with major stakeholders within client organizations.
- Encourage increased product usage and active customer involvement.
- Take initiative in maintaining high customer retention rates.
- Spot opportunities for upselling and account growth by understanding client needs.
- Collaborate effectively with Sales, Product, and Technical Support teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related SaaS roles.
- Proven experience in onboarding and managing B2B customers.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with strong relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive approach with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to quickly learn new software and explain features to clients.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or experience supporting customers in Microsoft environments is advantageous.
