About the Role

This is a fully remote customer service position on a contract basis. The assignment runs from July 13, 2026 through October 13, 2026, and pays $14.00 to $15.00 per hour on W2.

The team is expanding to cover mostly third-shift work, with some schedules running as late as 2:00 a.m. PST/MST candidates are encouraged to apply. Applicants must live in one of these states: AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, MO, MS, NE, ND, NH, OH, OK, TX, WI, or WY.

Schedule

Selected candidates may be assigned any 8-hour shift starting as early as 12:30 p.m. EST or ending as late as 2:00 a.m. EST. Possible shift windows include 12:30 p.m.–9:00 p.m., 1:30 p.m.–10:00 p.m., 3:30 p.m.–12:00 a.m., and 5:30 p.m.–2:00 a.m. Shift choice is not guaranteed, although candidates may share a preference during the interview. Availability is required for second and third shifts and for at least one weekend day.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls and deliver a strong, positive phone experience.
  • Follow scripts and ensure each interaction is handled accurately.
  • Meet quality expectations and maintain a productive remote work setup.
  • Use company-required systems and tools to support customer interactions.
  • Take responsibility for your own equipment and readiness for remote work.

Requirements

  • Previous call center experience is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed.
  • Intermediate familiarity with computer applications is required.
  • A friendly, upbeat attitude and a willingness to provide excellent customer service are essential.
  • Candidates must maintain an interruption-free home workspace and be able to work independently.
  • Training will be camera-on, so a webcam is required for the first two weeks.
  • Internet must be hardwired with a modem connection; Wi-Fi-only connections are not allowed.
  • A minimum internet speed of 30 Mbps upload and 30 Mbps download is required.
  • The computer must have at least a Core i3 processor, 8 GB RAM or higher, and Windows 10 or newer.
  • A home computer, monitor, and headset are required, and the headset must be USB and compatible with CxOne/NICE.

Work Environment and Performance Expectations

Applicants must be able to work in a remote setting with minimal interruptions. The role includes monitored performance metrics, including at least 94% schedule adherence, average after-call work under 4 seconds, and call accuracy checks to confirm script compliance and correct handling.
