What you will do

  • Handle inbound customer calls.
  • Answer questions and provide clear information about the service.
  • Manage complaints promptly, calmly, and professionally.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction.

Compensation and benefits

  • Fixed pay of S/ 1,130.
  • Productivity bonus of S/ 300.
  • Welcome bonus of S/ 100.
  • Retention bonus of S/ 200.
  • Paid training stipend of S/ 220.
  • 100% remote work.

Work schedule

  • Full-time position.
  • Rotating shifts between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.
  • Rotating weekly rest day.

Requirements

  • At least 3 months of experience in sales, whether formal or informal.
  • Windows 11 Home or Windows 11 Pro installed.
  • Intel i3 10th generation or newer, or Ryzen 3 3rd generation or newer.
  • Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.
  • USB headset available.
  • Working camera.
  • Antivirus software installed.
