Job description

Job Overview

We are a company providing medical services to travelers. As a Customer Service Operator, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our patients and clients, delivering friendly and efficient support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule teleconsultations through our platform for patients requesting service.
  • Handle incoming phone calls from patients and clients.
  • Respond to messages via WhatsApp and email.
  • Provide information about services, availability, case statuses, and manage incidents or complaints.
  • Forward inquiries that require medical evaluation to our medical team.

Requirements

  • Residency in any Latin American country.
  • Ability to work as an independent contractor/freelancer.
  • Availability to work 8-hour shifts at either of these Madrid times: 11:00 to 19:00 or 19:00 to 02:00.
  • Willingness to work Monday through Sunday on a rotating schedule of 5 workdays and 2 days off.
  • Possession of a computer and headphones with a microphone.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer-oriented skills.
  • English proficiency is not mandatory but highly appreciated.
