Role overview

This full-time customer service role is based onsite in Coffs Harbour, New South Wales. The position focuses on handling customer contacts efficiently, supporting internal teams, and maintaining high service standards while working to deadlines and performance targets.

Key accountabilities

  • Manage incoming phone calls and emails, taking the right steps to address questions and requests.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to deliver strong customer service as needs change, while meeting KPIs and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with internal colleagues to ensure customers receive consistent, quality outcomes.
  • Help improve and sustain efficient work practices and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Keep customer contact details and other relevant records accurate across electronic systems and databases.
  • Follow the organisation’s Code of Conduct and core values in day-to-day work.

Qualifications and experience

Applicants should bring solid customer service capability, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with customers. Teamwork is important, as is confidence using contact centre systems, software tools, and Microsoft Office applications. Strong typing and data entry skills are also expected.

Previous experience in a call centre or contact centre, supporting internal or external stakeholders over the phone, is preferred but not mandatory.
