Role overview

The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for supporting sales and distribution in the assigned area while managing customers and the territory effectively. The position is based in Bihar, and the location mentioned in the listing is Greater Kolkata Area.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen product sales and distribution within the assigned territory and customer base.
• Use field visits and direct selling efforts to meet sales objectives.
• Work closely with the RS system to improve market reach and execution.
• Identify ways to improve the brand’s competitive standing through stronger customer service.
• Coordinate with RS partners to manage customers better and increase business opportunities.
• Track competitor activity and share insights with the branch so the company can respond effectively.
• Review RS and RS sales team performance regularly and take corrective action where infrastructure or execution gaps appear.
• Plan and run promotional activities within budget, in coordination with supervisors.

Candidate profile

• A full-time graduate is required.
• Professional experience of 2 to 4 years in channel sales is expected.
• Prior exposure to general trade, distributor management, ROI calculations, and channel sales is important.
• Experience with RS appointment, sales planning, and promotional execution is needed.
• Strong communication skills in English and the local language are preferred.
