The Role: Customer Service Officer

This role is based in Kakori, Uttar Pradesh, India. The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for driving sales and distribution for the company's products within an allocated territory and managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and distribution of company products within an assigned territory.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Achieve sales targets through direct selling efforts and by motivating the sales team.
  • Analyze market dynamics to enhance the competitive position through superior customer service.
  • Negotiate with distributors and train them on effective customer management to increase business.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the management for strategic action.
  • Systematically track the performance of distributors and their sales teams, identifying and addressing any infrastructure gaps.
  • Organize promotional activities within budget limits in consultation with superiors.
Requirements
  • A full-time graduation degree is required.
  • A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in Channel Sales is necessary.
  • Proficiency in ROI calculations, distributor management, and sales planning is essential.
  • Experience in appointing distributors, conducting promotional activities, and executing sales plans is required.
  • Decent communication skills in English and the local language are desired.
