Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer who is passionate about supporting customers and building strong relationships. This full-time, permanent role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues effectively, and enhancing customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships using effective strategies to enhance retention, satisfaction, and sales growth.
  • Respond to customer requests via Salesforce CRM.
  • Strive for first-contact resolution to ensure customer contentment and operational efficiency.
  • Manage pricing enquiries and escalate for proper compliance and approvals when necessary.
  • Investigate, document, and resolve customer complaints to achieve positive results.
  • Keep detailed records of inbound and outbound communication including calls and emails.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience in customer service or sales roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and perform well in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
