Role overview
MatchWorks is hiring a personable and service-oriented Customer Service Officer to be the welcoming face of its Browns Plains office. In this permanent full-time role, you will provide a high standard of first-contact support to participants and external stakeholders while also assisting staff with day-to-day administrative tasks.

What you will do
As part of the Workforce Australia team, you will be the first person people meet or speak with, and you will help create a professional and supportive experience for everyone.
- Greet and assist a diverse range of visitors, including participants, employers, training providers, and community organisations.
- Handle front desk activity in a fast-paced setting, including face-to-face interactions and incoming phone enquiries.
- Maintain accurate and current records in internal systems so operations run smoothly.
- Contribute to a safe, respectful, and welcoming workplace for staff and visitors.

- Confidence engaging with people from a wide range of backgrounds.

- Willingness to complete an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate, with support provided through the process.
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or employment services is considered an advantage.
