Role overview
You will be part of a Trustee Operations team within a large national professional services organisation of more than 250 employees. The role sits on the front line and focuses on supporting Indigenous trust beneficiaries with responsive, respectful service. It is a busy position with varied tasks, including a significant volume of phone calls, application processing, and coordination with the right support channels.
Key duties
- Communicate with beneficiaries daily by phone, email, and face to face where needed.
- Review and process trust distribution applications with care and accuracy.
- Respond to questions and guide people toward the most suitable advice or support.
- Provide general administrative assistance when required.

- Background in a high-volume contact centre or customer service environment.
- Clear, respectful, and professional communication style.
- Comfort using computers and confidence with common technology.
- A dependable, mature, and self-driven attitude.
