This position is for a client success professional who will help deliver a smooth, high-quality experience for customers while supporting business growth. The role suits someone who enjoys relationship-building, solving problems, and working in a fast-moving environment with varied tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
- Make sure solutions are delivered on time and aligned with each client’s goals.
- Keep internal teams and external stakeholders updated on monthly and quarterly progress.
- Spot growth opportunities in the assigned territory and work with sales teams to help achieve expansion targets.
- Handle difficult client queries and support escalation management when needed.
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational work such as data entry, system updates, and scheduling.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience handling client relationships, ideally in hospitality, customer success, or sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with good interpersonal skills.
- Comfort working on multiple priorities with accuracy in a busy environment.
- Genuine empathy for client concerns and the ability to respond effectively.
- Practical problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Hiring Process
