Customer Service Executive - US Collections (International BPO)

About the Role

People Orbit HR is seeking motivated professionals for the position of Customer Service Executive specializing in US Collections. This full-time, permanent role based in Thane, Maharashtra involves handling outbound customer communication related to overdue accounts, aiming to maintain excellent service standards with a strong emphasis on professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers through outbound calls to discuss and recover outstanding balances.
• Provide courteous and effective customer service, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
• Negotiate payment plans and efficiently address any customer queries.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within company systems.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and regulatory requirements relevant to collections.
• Meet daily goals related to productivity, quality, and collection targets.
• Collaborate with team members to accomplish organizational objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess 6 months to 3 years of experience in customer service, international BPO, or US collections.
• Proficient verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
• Prior exposure to US voice process or collection environments is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation and customer handling capabilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications and CRM software tools.
• Willingness to work during US night shifts.
