Job Role
We are seeking Customer Service Executives to handle paint and tyre process-related inquiries. Candidates must be fluent in English, Hindi, and any two other South Indian languages. This role involves managing inbound voice processes within a domestic BPO setting.
Eligibility Requirements
- Educational qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate (graduation not mandatory)
- Age: Up to 28 years
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi plus proficiency in any two additional South Indian languages
- Experience: Open to freshers and experienced candidates
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary for fresher: ₹17,500 take-home per month
- Salary for experienced employees: ₹23,300 CTC with ₹18,400 take-home pay
- Benefits: Provident Fund and Insurance coverage included
Work Schedule and Location
- Shift Timings: Rotational day shifts for female employees and general rotational shifts for male employees
- Office Location: Tower C, 11th Floor, Prestige Shantiniketan, Sadaramangala, Hoodi Village, Whitefield, Bengaluru 560048
