Position Overview

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to support our investor relations efforts. This role involves managing daily client inquiries and actively engaging with investors to provide thorough assistance and information about their investments.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to investor queries promptly via email, phone, or chat while maintaining high service standards.
• Engage in investor conversations to clarify investment procedures and share in-depth details about our products and services.
• Handle and resolve issues related to account setups, transactions, and other service concerns.
• Coordinate communication between investors and internal teams to ensure efficient query resolution and improve investor satisfaction.
• Keep detailed records of investor interactions including feedback and solutions provided.
• Identify potential problems early and report them to management with suggestions for continuous improvement in investor relations and service quality.
• Conduct follow-ups with investors after resolution to verify satisfaction and identify additional requirements.
• Assist with onboarding new investors, guiding them through procedures with clear and accurate information.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably within financial services involving investor relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for interacting with sophisticated investors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with professional handling of investor issues.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and manage challenging situations effectively.
• Outstanding organizational capabilities and skill in multitasking within a fast-moving setting.

Work Location

This role is based in Visakhapatnam, India and requires onsite presence.

Compensation

The salary range offered is between INR 300,000 to INR 600,000 annually.

Eligibility

Candidates should hold at least a graduate degree in any discipline.
