Role & Responsibilities
- Interact with U.S. consumers of healthcare and telecom services to collect outstanding bills through outbound calls and negotiate payments on behalf of clients.
- Use strong verbal communication and customer service skills to address account delinquencies.
- Handle challenging customer situations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify reasons for payment delays and determine optimal assistance approaches.
- Treat consumers respectfully and dignified during all communications.
- Record all collection activities in line with prescribed compliance and procedural standards.
- Regularly update leadership and peers on account statuses and escalate issues as needed.
- Ensure timely and accurate management of all assigned accounts.
- Primary work includes outbound calling, evolving to blended inbound/outbound calls over time.
- Manage accounts across early, mid, and late-stage defaults, first payment defaults, and follow-up work assignments.

- Effective communication abilities.
- Availability to work U.S. shifts approximately between 5:30 PM and 10:30 AM IST.
