Job Overview
IDFC FIRST Bank is hiring a Customer Service Executive for the FASTag inbound process within the Customer Service function. The position is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, and is suited to someone who communicates clearly, handles queries calmly, and focuses on resolving issues with accuracy and empathy.
In this role, you will represent the bank through written customer communication, mainly by responding to emails promptly and professionally. The position offers a strong starting point for candidates looking to build a career in a banking environment that values service quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and concerns received through email.
- Make sure replies are completed within a 24-hour turnaround time.
- Keep communication accurate, clear, and aligned with service standards.
- Work closely with both internal teams and external partners when needed.
- Handle difficult customer situations with patience and professionalism.
- Contribute to efforts aimed at improving service delivery and customer experience.
Educational Qualification
Preferred undergraduate degrees include B.Com, B.Sc, BA, BBI, or BMS. Candidates with postgraduate qualifications such as MBA, M.Com, or MA are also eligible.
Experience
