Role summary

As a Customer Care Associate, you will act as the face of the business for customers and business partners such as contractors and realtors. The role requires strong knowledge of product coverage and strict adherence to company guidelines, policies, and procedures while maintaining a professional, businesslike approach with both internal and external contacts. Your main goal is to deliver the best possible service experience to every customer.

What you'll do

  • Support customers, contractors, and business partners through inbound and outbound phone calls, written communication, and electronic channels in line with policy, procedure, and contract coverage.
  • Clearly explain and reinforce contract coverage for customers and contractors.
  • Follow up with customers, contractors, and other business partners to make sure service concerns are resolved.
  • Keep your knowledge up to date on policies, procedures, programs, and mandatory continuing education requirements.
  • Take on additional duties when assigned.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED is required. At least 1 year of experience is preferred.

  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment

Preferred background

  • Prior customer service experience or related training is preferred.

Compensation and benefits

The role pays between $16 and $17 per hour, with the exact base pay determined by skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
