About the Role
We are hiring Customer Service Associates (CSA) to join More Supermarket's team. In this position, you will warmly welcome customers, assist them in locating products, and respond to their queries courteously and professionally. Maintaining organized and fully stocked shelves while ensuring products are correctly displayed is essential to providing an excellent shopping experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and support customers with friendliness and professionalism.
- Guide customers in finding products and provide accurate answers to their queries.
- Keep shelves stocked, neatly arranged, and products properly presented.
- Monitor product availability and replenish stock timely.
- Handle billing and operate the POS system accurately when assigned.
- Manage cash transactions, digital payments, and issue billing receipts.
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the store.
- Inspect products for expiration and damage; remove items accordingly.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock management tasks.
- Adhere to company policies, safety procedures, and customer service guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to facilitate smooth store operations.
Qualifications and Eligibility
- Educational qualification: Minimum completion of 10th/12th standard or graduation.
- Good customer communication and service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing store duties.
