Customer Service Assistant - Crumlin/Firhouse

Overview

Join the retail team at BoyleSports as a Customer Service Assistant based in our Crumlin and Firhouse locations. These two part-time roles aim to deliver exceptional customer experiences through friendly, knowledgeable service and support the shop's smooth daily operations.

Key Duties

• Support the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager with daily store operations.
• Take charge of the shop's functioning when managers are unavailable, including opening and closing the store and supervising team members.
• Handle cash management protocols accurately and responsibly.
• Provide continuous help to customers by accepting and processing bets through in-store systems and betting terminals swiftly and correctly.
• Promote and represent the BoyleSports brand while guiding customers into the multi-channel and digital betting experience.
• Maintain high standards of shop presentation and adhere strictly to safety, compliance, and operational procedures.
• Work effectively within a team and maintain composure in high-pressure environments, constantly seeking improvement opportunities.
• Carry out social responsibility commitments diligently.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• A strong focus on customer service with a trustworthy and ethical approach.
• Ability and flexibility to work across a retail schedule that operates seven days a week.
• Attention to detail combined with good numeracy skills.
• Enthusiastic, personable, capable of both independent work and teamwork.

Preferred Experience

• Previous retail or industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory as comprehensive training is offered covering sports and betting knowledge.
