About the Role
Join Telstra Retail in Rockhampton as a Customer Service & Sales Consultant, offering both part-time and full-time positions. You'll represent an iconic Australian telecommunications brand, delivering exceptional service and expert advice to help customers find technology solutions that improve their lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients in selecting products and services that suit their individual needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest technology and Telstra offerings to give informed recommendations.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to consistently meet and surpass sales targets and Key Performance Indicators.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a supportive and productive store environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Full-time annual fixed salary: $71,330 (including 12% superannuation); junior rates apply for those under 20 years.
- Part-time hourly rate: $33.33, with junior rates applicable under 20 years.
- Penalty rates include 25% extra for weekday hours after 6 PM and Saturdays, 100% for Sundays, and 150% for public holidays.
- Variable remuneration of 10% subject to eligibility and plan rules.
- First two months guaranteed pay during onboard training.
