We are currently looking to fill a permanent, part-time role (30 hours per week) as a Customer Service and Check-In Agent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling bookings, ticket sales, and verification at the counter and check-in for both freight and passenger services.
  • Managing ship declarations including registrations and deregistrations with authorities and partner companies.
  • Providing customer service concerning tariffs and schedules via phone, in person, and email.
  • Responding to shipment requests for passengers and freight as well as special transports.
  • Processing dangerous goods according to MOU and IMDG guidelines; training will be provided if needed.
  • Serving as a contact for customer inquiries and complaints management.

Candidate Profile

  • Completed commercial vocational training, preferably in logistics or shipping, or motivated career changers.
  • Fluency in German and English is essential.
  • Willingness to work shifts including weekends.
  • Additional language skills such as Swedish are a plus.
  • Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong dedication to service and customer care.
  • Resilience, independence, flexibility, and ability to work well within a team.
