About the Role
Folk Maritime is seeking a Customer Service Analyst to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is crucial for managing our client interactions and ensuring smooth financial operations related to customer invoicing.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute daily invoicing procedures.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of customer invoices, including timely follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Address and resolve client inquiries efficiently, providing comprehensive support.
Requirements
- Possess up to 2 years of professional experience, preferably in customer service roles within the shipping or logistics sectors.
- Demonstrate a strong aptitude for data analysis and possess a keen analytical mindset.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills, articulating information clearly and confidently in both spoken and written forms.
- Maintain a high level of proficiency in both Arabic and English languages.
