- Handle guest service activities such as collecting service fees, updating or creating reservations, issuing tickets, and helping with self-service kiosks.
- Assist guests with mobility needs, as well as during arrivals, departures, boarding, and deplaning.
- Help resolve travel disruptions, including flight changes, delays, itinerary adjustments, and baggage issues involving damage or delays.
- Follow operational procedures designed to support safe and on-time performance.
- Maintain a consistently high standard of guest service.
- Manage difficult or stressful public interactions professionally and calmly.
- Present yourself with professionalism and follow company rules for uniform and appearance.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
What You Bring

- Confidence working in a busy, time-sensitive environment and the ability to handle pressure while multitasking.
- Physical capability to walk long distances, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Good communication skills and comfort using computers, especially Windows-based software.
- Experience in airlines, travel, tourism, or hospitality will be considered an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including a 24/7 rotation.
- Ability to read English well enough to complete training, including virtual and self-directed online learning.
Benefits
- A positive workplace culture with supportive teammates.
- Travel privileges for you and your family starting on your first day.
- Flexible savings and benefits programs to suit different needs.
