Role overview
Ryanair is hiring Customer Service Agents for its Ground Operations team at Dublin Airport. This is a full-time opportunity with approved manpower agencies, and the role sits within a large airport team focused on keeping flights departing on schedule. Prior airport experience is not necessary, as full classroom and hands-on training will be provided.
Work pattern
This position follows a shift rota aligned with the flight timetable, which may include days, evenings, weekends, nights, and public holidays. The usual starting time can be as early as 2:30am, while the latest finish is around 10:30pm, subject to change. The roster follows a fixed pattern of 4 days working and 2 days off.
Key duties
- Support passengers at check-in and bag-drop points.
- Handle baggage-related processes.
- Assist with reservations and ticketing.
- Manage flight boarding activities.
- Make sure immigration rules and entry requirements are followed.
- Provide passenger support, address complaints, and complete other assigned tasks.
- Help ensure each Ryanair flight is turned around within 25 minutes.
Requirements
Applicants must have an unrestricted right to live and work full time in the EU. They also need to provide documents needed for a 5-year airport security background check, including full address history, employment or education verification, and complete gap references. Previous customer-facing experience is useful but not essential. Strong communication skills and fluent spoken and written English are required. Candidates must also follow Ryanair’s grooming standards covering hair, makeup, tattoos, piercings, and uniform rules.
Compensation and benefits
The advertised salary is up to €31,000, including a performance-related bonus. After 12 months of continuous service, pay increases to €32,000. Additional skill allowances may also be available.
