About the Company

Your client is a prominent alcoholic beverage distributor in the region, delivering a premium range of international wines, spirits, and beers across hospitality, retail, and trade sectors in the UAE.

Role Overview

This position is for two Customer Service Administrators to assist with operational support during a system transition and warehouse move. The role is crucial for sustaining superior customer service, ensuring efficient order processing, and facilitating uninterrupted business operations during a busy period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and support ticket systems promptly and professionally
  • Ensure customer requests are addressed quickly, adhering to established service standards
  • Accurately process customer orders within ERP platforms
  • Assist the On-Trade team with daily operational and administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to guarantee timely delivery of orders
  • Resolve and follow up on customer issues to completion
  • Keep precise records and documentation of customer transactions
  • Support continuous business operations during the warehouse relocation and system implementation phases
  • Perform general administrative responsibilities as needed

Candidate Requirements

  • Holder of a bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales support, order processing, or administrative support roles
  • Experience in servicing B2B clients and coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with ERP and CRM software systems
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Demonstrates adaptability, proactiveness, and a strong willingness to learn
  • Availability to start immediately is highly preferred

Working Conditions

  • Position based on-site in Dubai
  • Working six days a week, Monday to Saturday
  • Eight hours of work per day, excluding lunch break
  • Required flexibility to work during weekends and public holidays as operationally needed
