Job Summary
The role requires a results-driven Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) committed to fostering and sustaining distributor and customer partnerships within the automotive aftermarket segment. Responsibilities encompass managing customer queries, order processing, billing assistance, and liaising with warehouses and internal teams to assure seamless operations and on-time deliveries. Candidates must demonstrate excellent interpersonal, coordination, and managerial abilities to ensure superior customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and sustain positive engagements with distributors and partners within the automotive aftermarket network.
- Respond efficiently to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, delivery timelines, and order tracking.
- Coordinate invoice generation and billing activities, maintaining precise documentation.
- Manage order lifecycle including entry, monitoring, and ensuring prompt dispatch procedures.
- Collaborate with warehouse management for adequate inventory control and order fulfillment.
- Address and solve customer-related concerns about orders, invoices, shipping, or deliveries.
- Maintain detailed records related to orders, billing, and distributor interactions.
- Partner with sales, logistics, and finance departments to facilitate smooth operations.
- Keep distributors and customers updated with timely information on order progress and dispatch schedules.
- Support team initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and operational workflows.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
- Thorough understanding of order administration, invoicing, and billing procedures.
- Capacity to handle multiple distributor communications and inquiries concurrently.
- Familiarity with warehouse coordination and supply chain processes is beneficial.
- Strong organizational aptitude and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related disciplines.
- Six to eight years’ experience in customer service or relationship management within automotive aftermarket or distribution sectors.
