Role overview

Singapore Pools is hiring a professional and customer-focused Customer Relations Officer for its Retail Operations team. In this Singapore-based role, you will report to the Branch Manager or Assistant Branch Manager and support the processing of customer claims requests while helping deliver strong in-branch service.

Key duties

  • Carry out counter sales duties for betting products.
  • Handle prize claim submissions for winning tickets and verify details carefully.
  • Support Singapore Pools account top-ups and withdrawal services.
  • Protect the confidentiality of customer and operational information.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and provide a high standard of service.
  • Help the Supervisor keep the branch clean and the queue well managed.

Requirements

  • Minimum secondary school education is required.
  • Prior experience in customer service, cashiering, and cash handling is needed.
  • Experience in retail or food and beverage service is preferred.
  • Strong customer relationship and service skills are important.
  • Basic computer literacy is expected.
