About the role
This position sits within Google Customer Solutions and focuses on helping small and medium-sized businesses get the most out of Google’s advertising offerings. The role is centered on building strong customer relationships, understanding business goals, and guiding advertisers through an effective onboarding journey that sets them up for long-term success.
As part of a sales-driven team, you will work closely with customers and internal partners to ensure smooth transitions, identify growth opportunities, and support businesses in achieving better outcomes from their digital marketing investment. The role calls for someone who can adapt quickly, think strategically, and act with a strong sense of ownership.
Minimum qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of practical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales.
Preferred qualifications
- A master’s degree in a business-related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, consulting, or problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of new customers for a period of 6 to 9 months and support them through the early stages of their digital advertising journey.
- Meet assigned customer objectives while delivering a smooth and high-quality onboarding experience.
- Coordinate across sales, product, and program teams to ensure customers are handed over seamlessly.
- Engage proactively with customers to support onboarding, encourage adoption, and identify opportunities to promote Google solutions and platforms.
- Communicate regularly by phone, chat, and email, and provide consultative guidance that helps advertisers improve return on investment and build long-term plans.
