Job description

About the Role

Working under the supervision of the Customer Metering and Revenue Lead, this position is central to maintaining the precision and reliability of water metering and billing systems at Logan Water. The role encompasses a blend of fieldwork and office tasks. Core duties include examining and authenticating water meter readings, assessing residential and commercial metering setups, and engaging directly with customers to address concerns related to water consumption, excessive use, leaks, meter accuracy, and billing queries.

Besides field operations, this role requires keeping precise records through data validation, updating systems, customer liaison, and preparing investigation reports. This contributes to well-informed decisions and efficient service delivery.

This multifaceted position requires a balance of customer service, technical inquiry, regulatory compliance, and data management. Collaboration with customers, contractors, and internal teams is essential to resolving complex metering problems, ensuring accurate billing, and supporting the dependability of Logan Water's metering infrastructure. Success depends on excellent communication, prudent judgment, attention to details, and effective management of diverse responsibilities in both field and administrative settings.
