Role overview

To support continued growth, the company is looking for an engaged Customer Experience Specialist (m/w/d) starting on 15.07.2026, or by agreement, for a fixed-term period of one year.

Your responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in Germany.
- Create tailored assortment plans and orders for clients so their employees find exactly the products they prefer.
- Support the coordination of deliveries and installations, and help find quick, practical solutions for customer needs.
- Assist the team with exciting topics such as launching new menus and products, and communicate these clearly and persuasively to customers.
- Support the commercial and operations teams in successfully rolling out the concept in Germany, along with other related tasks.
What you should bring
- Fluent German is required, and English is an advantage.
- You must live in the Federal Republic of Germany; remote work is only possible within Germany.
- Previous experience in customer care is preferred.
- You work proactively, independently, and flexibly, and you stay solution-oriented in challenging situations.
- Multitasking and taking ownership of your work are among your strengths.

This role is offered on a one-year fixed-term basis. The position is remote, but only for candidates based in Germany. The start date is 15.07.2026, or earlier/later by mutual agreement.
