This role is primarily hybrid, based out of Toronto, Mississauga, or Salt Lake City offices. Remote work is available but requires participation in occasional in-office events for onboarding and team meetings.
Position Summary
The Customer Evidence Marketing Manager will lead the strategic development of customer evidence marketing initiatives. This key position nurtures customer advocacy and crafts compelling value stories to support upselling and reduce client attrition. You will work across senior care, acute, and payer sectors, collaborating with stakeholders to establish best practices in customer evidence and advocacy, while leveraging your comprehensive understanding of our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and prioritize evidence-based marketing content that highlights customer value, managing the creation of story assets and securing approvals for customer brand usage by addressing concerns and demonstrating mutual benefits.
- Maintain and evolve a diverse collection of customer evidence assets in coordination with Product Marketing, Demand, and Content teams, managing assigned budgets for asset development.
- Ensure customer evidence assets are accessible and effectively utilized across multiple channels including internal platforms, online communities, newsletters, social media, and adoption programs.
- Analyze program data to derive insights, generate recommendations, and identify solutions aimed at demonstrating value and mitigating churn, with ongoing performance optimization based on KPIs.

- Base salary range in Canada: CAD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, plus bonuses and benefits. Compensation is based on skills, experience, and location.
Additional Information
Employees will be required to attend occasional in-office events for onboarding, team engagements, and company meetings. Hybrid employees must reside within a reasonable commute distance to the designated offices.
