Job description
Role overview
This position supports customer care and technical support operations within a fast-moving beverage business. The role is centered on keeping warehouse stock information accurate, checking order data, and helping ensure orders are prepared and distributed correctly.
Key responsibilities
- Track warehouse inventory levels and share timely updates with Business Developers.
- Examine submitted orders and confirm they match company standards and data requirements.
- Split orders according to instructions from the Distribution team so that deliveries are balanced across vehicles.
- Maintain and refresh records, files, and related information as needed.
- Work to deadlines and complete assigned tasks accurately, on time, and without missing details.
Required skills and competencies
- Confident use of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of English.
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Ability to remain effective under pressure.
- Careful attention to detail.
