Role Overview

The organization is hiring a Customer Care Executive for its Insurance department in Zirakpur. This full-time role involves working closely with patients and insurance companies to support claim coordination, secure timely approvals, and deliver a smooth service experience.

Working Details

This position follows a 6-day work week and is based in Zirakpur, India. The compensation budget for the role is 20,000 to 22,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.
  • Assist patients with queries and share accurate details about hospital services.
  • Arrange and reconfirm appointments with doctors.
  • Address patient concerns and route unresolved matters to the appropriate team.
  • Keep patient information updated in the Hospital Management System or CRM.
  • Record call activity and compile daily status reports.
  • Support a high standard of patient satisfaction and service quality.

Eligibility and Experience

Applicants must be graduates. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the Insurance department of a hospital or healthcare setup, and prior exposure to insurance processing will be considered an advantage.
