Job Overview and Responsibilities
- Deliver support through international premium and domestic processes, including clients like Samsung and Flipkart.
- Manage customer inquiries efficiently via both voice calls and chat platforms.
- Ensure quick resolution of customer queries to maintain satisfaction.
- Be available to immediately join and adapt to rotational shifts.
- Work a 5-day work week ensuring compliance with shift schedules.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Educational qualifications ranging from 12th pass to postgraduate degree holders are accepted.
- Comfortable working in rotational shift patterns.
