Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical thinking, comprehension, and multitasking capabilities.
- Basic proficiency in business writing and email communication etiquette.
- Customer-oriented mindset with refined interpersonal skills.
- Not currently enrolled in any full-time academic program.
- Willingness to work from office and during night shifts.
Job Responsibilities
- Attend inbound calls from US members related to healthcare insurance inquiries, claims processing, policy details, and coverage information.
- Offer precise details on eligibility, deductibles, payments, and prior authorization requirements.
- Accurately document customer interactions while ensuring patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Efficiently resolve customer questions prioritizing their satisfaction.
- Redirect complex cases to the relevant departments when necessary.
