Role Overview
Join Gratitude India, a pioneering tech-driven firm established in 2004, recognized for integrating AI chatbots into recruitment processes and holding ISO 9001:2008 certification. We are hiring Customer Care Executives to handle diverse international voice processes, enhancing customer satisfaction in multiple domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service addressing inquiries and issues effectively.
- Manage inbound and outbound voice communications with international clients.
- Handle ticketing and support tasks primarily in telecom, healthcare, banking, or technical sectors.
- Operate efficiently within 24/7 shift schedules to maintain service availability.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in customer service roles.
- Preferably experienced in telecom, technical support, healthcare, or banking services domains.
- Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand and respond to emails comprehensively.
- Willingness to work various shifts including overnight and weekends.
Additional Information
This position values candidates with any level of formal education, graduates or undergraduates are preferred but not mandatory. Candidates will be trained to manage international voice processes including but not limited to airlines, telecom, and travel sectors. The salary range for this role is between INR 400,000 and INR 700,000 annually.
