About the Company

Outreach, established in 2014, offers a full agentic AI platform built for revenue teams. Its technology combines agentic AI, conversation intelligence, and assistive AI to support a broad range of revenue activities, from prospecting and expansion to accelerating deals, improving retention, and strengthening forecasting. By automating repetitive workflows, Outreach helps sales teams spend more time on high-value conversations and actions. Global enterprise brands such as Databricks, SAP, Siemens, and Verizon rely on Outreach to support their go-to-market organizations.

Role Overview

As a Customer Advocacy Specialist, you will help build and run programs that highlight customer success stories, strengthen advocacy, and support sales and marketing efforts. The role blends content creation, program coordination, stakeholder collaboration, and performance tracking, with an emphasis on using AI tools to improve speed and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a strong library of customer-facing content, including case studies, testimonial videos, blogs, podcasts, webinars, speaking opportunities, and sales enablement materials.
  • Coordinate incentive-based advocacy initiatives that encourage participation through gifts, recognition, and catered experiences.
  • Adapt core content into different formats and distribution channels to widen the reach of customer stories.
  • Draft customer newsletter copy and collaborate with social media teams on recurring posts and content support.
  • Maintain a centralized, searchable repository of advocacy assets for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Organize advocacy work in Asana so requests, projects, and deliverables stay on schedule.
  • Upload, publish, and monitor advocacy content within a sales enablement platform to improve adoption and usage.
  • Reply to customer reviews on major platforms and review patterns to surface insights for Product and other internal teams.
  • Hold regular touchpoints with cross-functional partners to identify potential advocates and new advocacy opportunities.
  • Connect Sales and Customer Success teams with suitable advocates for reference requests.
  • Use AI tools to scale content creation, streamline processes, and improve efficiency.
  • Measure and share program results, including advocate engagement, gifting return on investment, content usage, and influence on pipeline and sales speed.

What We're Looking For

  • You bring creativity, initiative, and a builder mindset, along with a proactive and resourceful approach to cross-functional work.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer marketing or advocacy in a B2B technology environment, either at an agency or within a company.
  • Hands-on experience producing a variety of customer content, including case studies and testimonials, from idea stage through delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and storytelling ability, plus familiarity with AI-based content creation tools.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while aligning advocacy work with business priorities.
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing fundamentals and how customer stories influence trust, pipeline, and revenue growth.
  • A customer-first approach and the ability to understand customer goals, challenges, and motivations for participating in advocacy.
  • Preferred experience with gifting platforms, reference management tools, and AI tools that help simplify and scale advocacy operations.

Benefits and Perks

  • Flexible time off.
  • 401(k) support to help with long-term savings.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage for full-time employees and their dependents.
  • Parental leave support, including the option of a paid night nurse and a gradual return-to-work plan.
  • Infertility and assisted reproductive services coverage.
  • Employee referral bonuses for bringing strong talent into the team.
  • Office snacks, beverages, and fun team events.
  • Programs that support diversity and inclusion, including employee resource groups such as Outreach Women's Network, Latinx community, Outreach Black Connection, AAPI community, Pride/LGBTQIA+, Gender+, Disability Community, and Veterans/Military.

Equal Opportunity and Hiring Notice

Outreach provides equal employment opportunity and considers all candidates without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran status, or disability status.

The company values teams made up of people with different backgrounds and experiences, and encourages applications from candidates across all communities, including historically marginalized groups. Applicants are welcome to apply even if they do not meet every listed qualification, as the organization focuses on meeting people as whole humans rather than judging them only by a resume.

Outreach may use AI tools during parts of the hiring process, such as application review, resume analysis, and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in submitted materials. These tools assist recruiters but do not replace human judgment, and final hiring decisions are made by people. Candidates who want more information about data processing can contact the company directly.
